You will get acquainted with the amazing history of Russian "black gold" - caviar, which a few centuries ago was the food of the poor. Among its 15 species in the "Caviar bar" there are Beluga and unpasteurized sturgeon.
You will learn how to prepare caviar, how to choose drinks to create a gastronomic pair.
