Bekitzer - Rubinshteina str., 40/11

The most successful discovery of St. Petersburg so far is a cafe 'like in Tel Aviv' with Israeli street food (hummus, falafel, shvarma, shakshuk) and a serious team of bartenders. Nothing much seems to happen here but it is always full of people, there is cheerful atmosphere and rave reviews. When you don't know what to do - come here at the Rubinstein street.

Camorra Pizza e Birra - Kovesky bystreet, 14

A minimalistic pizzeria in the courtyard at the Kovensky bystreet declaring the Neapolitan style. Nothing extra - 6 types of pizza on a thin dough (no slices) and beer. The atmosphere reminds of the Florentin district in Tel Aviv.

Jack & Chan - Injenernaya str., 7

The cafe organically combines American and Pan-Asian atmosphere and cuisine. However,
it is known that the chief gives preference to the latter, therefore people come here mainly for woks, spring rolls and curry.

Rubinstein café - Rubinshteina str., 20

More exquisite place than any other for the artistic intelligentsia. Options for the proper use: eat after 11pm at the Rubinstein street, Sunday brunch, a curious lecture. Rubinstein café is the center of official cultural life with awards and prizes.

Clean Plates Café - Gorohovaya str., 13

One of the first gastro-hipster cafés of St. Petersburg has already become the classics
which is recommended to any guest just in case. And this is the right place to recommend.

Oh! Mumbai - Grivtsova bystreet, 2

A modern Indian restaurant the way it should be in a European city. With a bar, adapted
dishes and only symbolic flirting with national color. But the chef from New Delhi cooks in such a wonderful way that even notorious snobs can hardly resist.

Subzero - Rubinshteina str., 38

That very restaurant in the city where you should go to eat outstanding sushi (as well as sashimi and tataki) in the atmosphere of impeccable design with wonderful premises, menu and of course dishes. Inspired by the famous Dadu in Berlin.

Made in China - Bolshaya Morskaya str., 35

Original Asian cocktails and ultra-modern Chinese cuisine close to St. Isaac`s Cathedral - a brainchild of the creators of the Bekitzer and the Wong Kar Wine.

UMAO / Bao by UMAO - Konnogvardeyskiy boulevard, 11

Having reached success, the democratic pan-Asian cafe UMAO located not far from St. Isaac`s Cathedral has also opened a branch called Bao near the Five Corners. There is a bit of everything in the menu of the original place (dim sum, noodles, soups, bao, tempura) but the second one specialises more in bao burgers (10 types) and tom yam (5 types).

Beirut - Stryemyannaya str., 11

Middle Eastern-style street-café which has become a city symbol of small business after a
judicial attack from the authorities. But we love them not for that but for kefte, hummus and Turkish breakfast on Sundays (until 4:30 pm).
