FRIDAY
To have a Dinner: the Harvest Restaurant
The Harvest restaurant.
Adress: 11 dobrolyubova avenue

Opening Hours:
13:00-00:00
We recommend you to arrive on Friday evening. Having chosen the perfect accommodation you can relax a bit and get acquainted with the night city. It is no coincidence that St. Petersburg is considered to be the club and bar mecca of Russia and all the Eastern Europe; there is really plenty of places to choose from.

According to Michelin guidebooks, 'the city is worth organizing a special trip in'. Conforming to the World's Best Restaurants 2019, the Harvest ranked 92nd. It is a flagship project of the Duoband group by Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov. The concept of the restaurant is based on the ideas of responsible consumption and social assistance. The main ingredients in the restaurant's cuisine are vegetables, which the team considers to be products of the future.

As reported by co-owner and chef of the Harvest, Dmitry Blinov, the restaurant from the very beginning was supposed to be a project focused on vegetables and non-waste production with attitude of care towards natural resources. The task of the team is by the dishes to tell visitors about the respectful attitude to each product and work of people who are engaged in agriculture.

Today, the Harvest restaurant is one of the few restaurant projects in Russia that has introduced the principles of responsible consumption at the maximum level. This is expressed in the fact that all the products in the cuisine are used up to 99%, non-food waste is sorted and taken out for recycling, and food is ground and thrown out to the drain, the use of plastic and paper is minimized. In the preparation of dishes not only vegetables are used. So, in the menu you can find fish, sea delicacies (crab, scallops), chicken, duck and quail meat, etc. They also focus on the fresh juices made of beets, pumpkins, passion fruits, black currants, oranges, cucumbers and other fruits, berries, and vegetables.

SUNDAY
To take a walk: Kryukov Canal, Kolomna district
The intersection of the Kryukov and the Griboedov Canals is a great place for beautiful photos. Here are seven picturesque bridges at once where the characters of the White Nights by Dostoevsky, the Dreamer and Nastenka, met. From here, deep in the trees, you can see a tall blue church with white stucco and five golden domes, the St. Nicholas Cathedral. Nearby there is an elegant bell tower of the cathedral. The Kryukov Canal near St. Nicholas Cathedral is one of the most poetic places in St. Petersburg: a light and weightless, amazingly beautiful and graceful four-tier bell tower is reflected in the calm waters of the Kryukov Canal.
